1. About the issue of product copyright:

All product designs are independently developed and have their own copyrights.

 

2. About the issue of custom product copyright:

Customers are required to apply for copyright for the company LOGO, emblems, and other files submitted by themselves. We will customize according to their needs.

 

3. The inconvenience of using the website's custom module:

In the early stages of entrepreneurship, we have purchased and used conventional custom modules. In the subsequent development, we will redevelop new custom modules based on the product characteristics and further expand the library of emblems and decorative textures.

4. Font issue with documents:

Most fonts have copyrights, and many companies have their own unique fonts. In such cases, customers are requested to send us copyrighted text in PNG or JPG format.

 

5. About the issue of design aesthetics:
For reward-type trophies, the text should not be too extensive, with a focus on emphasizing the emblem, ranking, and name. For recognition-type trophies, it is preferable not to use more than 3 font styles, and the text can be more relaxed and humorous.

 

6. About average delivery time:

For customized products, we only keep a small amount of stock, so the production cycle may be longer. The production time for illuminated trophies is estimated to be 5-7 days, and for glass trophies, it is 7-10 days. The shipping time for deliveries from the U.S. warehouse is 3-5 days, from the Hong Kong warehouse is 6-12 days, and from the Japan warehouse is 6-12 days.

We highly recommend you to order at least a month ahead of the event date to avoid all possible disturbance or extenuating circumstances. 

 

7. About bulk purchasing: 

For large number bulk order that exceeds the ordering limit on our website, please email "services@trophyhub.ca" to receive a quota on your order on a case-by-case basis. Pricing will fluctuate according to the order demand.

 

8. About environmental or ethical considerations:

Acrylic and lead glass are recyclable and reusable materials, so please feel free to use them. In addition, we took pride in our practices in using ethically sourced materials and work with suppliers that comply to all professional codes.

That drives our price much higher than we projected but it's the principle that we stands on. 

 

9. About the origin of the products:

Most of our products are sourced and developed in Japan, fired and processed in China, and engraved and packaged in the United States. If there are factories in other countries willing to cooperate, we will provide our concepts, formulas, and designs to jointly improve delivery efficiency and service quality.

 

10. Return policy:

We offer 100% return for products that don't satisfy the guaranteed quality. You simply just need to take a picture and provide proof. We're more than happy to issue you a refund as we value the satisfaction of our customers.

For cancelled orders, after you submit the design, we also issue a full refund of 30% of the order excluding the shipping fee.

For cancelled orders, before you submit the design, we offer a full refund excluding the processing fee by Shopify which will occur as long as you make a purchase.
